Poster presentations are displays on poster boards
-
The poster is usually a mixture of a brief narrative paper, intermixed
with tables, graphs, pictures, and other presentation formats
-
Each presenter will be assigned a poster board at the conference.
(Size 4' X 8')
-
Materials must be easily read at a distance of 4 feet
-
Each poster must include the title of the presentation (104-point
size) & the author(s) (72-point size). A point size of 16-18 or larger is
recommended for body text
-
The presenter may request a display table to place materials such as
handouts or sign-up sheet to record the names and address of attendees who
might wish to receive more information

All speakers are allotted 20 minutes of time to present their work
-
Speakers are required to use Microsoft Power Point to present their
work
-
The first 15 minutes of the total time is allotted for presentation
and the last 5 minutes for answering questions

Speakers would be notified two minutes before the 15 minute deadline,
to summarize their presentation, so that ample time is available for
questions
-
Any speaker whose presentation exceeds 15 minutes will be cut off
